Technical Support / Training person

Job description: Training dealers about Autoadapt products, answering technical questions, and problem solving on the telephone regarding all the products Autoadapt UK sells to dealers in and around the UK.

The successful candidate would preferably have experience in the mobility industry or have a background in the mechanical or auto electrical sectors.

The candidate will need excellent communication skills, both verbally and in devising and making Powerpoint presentations as they will be training a class of up to 15 dealers at any time. Experience in teaching would be advantageous.

Computer skills should include Powerpoint presentations. Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Sage Accounts would be preferred.

Hours: Full time. Salary to be confirmed.
